   Hi there,
   It would be great to see the same witty explanation of how ARM loans work vs fixed mortgages. I would also love for you to explain to me and the others in the audience how the interest paid on the mortgage affects our taxable income… Those are topics that affect all home buyers in the US and the majority of us do not understand them.
